Brisbane Riverstage 2022 Master Plan

Acted as independent specialist industry advisor to assist Brisbane City Council with the procurement coordination and ongoing review of deliverables (from the appointed consortium) associated with the development of the Riverstage 2022 Master Plan and subsequent feasibility studies

Commonwealth Games Venue Use Agreements

Led the development and negotiation of Venue Use Agreements with competition and non-competition venues for the Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games

Gardens Amphitheatre Infrastructure Upgrades Study

Undertook a review to assist with identifying and prioritising infrastructure upgrades to the City of Darwin Gardens Amphitheatre, which included reviewing the venue's legislative compliance and investigating barriers and restrictions to utilisation

Kai Tak Sports Park Development

Assisted planning of a procurement strategy to engage a consortium for design, construction and operation of a 28.2 hectare development incorporating a multi-purpose sports and entertainment complex and main stadium

Leichhardt Oval Venue Future Use Review

Various scopes including a review of Leichhardt Oval’s performance and operations to identify the venue's future capabilities; and an analysis of utilisation potential and associated capital works recommendations

Logistics Coordination Regional Flavours Celebrity Chef Program

Coordinated the talent and logistics for an entertainment program of celebrity chef cooking demonstrations and produce showcases, across multiple stages for this major annual Brisbane City event

New Perth Stadium Development

Engaged as sub-consultant to PPP project specialists RixStewart, Dean Hassall provided input into a Facility Management Advisory Services contract relating to the new Perth Stadium (now known as Optus Stadium)

Operational Frameworks City of Gold Coast Venues

Various scopes of consultancy work focused on operational framework planning and venue business modelling for new City venues across sports, aquatics, leisure and civic precincts

Recreation and Aquatics Facility Feasibility Peer Review

Performed independent (peer) review of feasibility and planning documentation (Project Definition Plan and Operational Feasibility) for a world class aquatic, fitness, recreation and wellness centre under consideration within the Local Government municipality of City of South Perth

Sunshine Coast Stadium Expansion Project

Provision of specialist venue and event operations input during design phase of the Sunshine Coast Stadium Expansion project

Surf Life Saving Queensland Facilities Strategy

Appointed as project leader to research and develop the first Statewide Facilities Strategy (2020 - 2030) for Surf Life Saving Queensland via an Infrastructure Planning Framework & Implementation Plan
