About Carolynne Hassall

Complementing the venue management and operations expertise of company director (and husband) Dean Hassall,  is our resourceful key consultant, Carolynne Hassall.

Coming from a background in the events industry, and having delivered government and private sector contracts across projects of wide-ranging scale, Carolynne is someone whose mix of strategic mindset, operational know-how and rare capacity for detail is often the ‘plug-in’ that businesses need for hard-to-define roles. Based on a career highlights below, you might soon appreciate why we non-specifically label her as 'Special Projects Executive'!

Energized, dedicated and adaptable, Carolynne thrives on delivering across a range of industries and genres on projects varying from small and swift scopes of straightforward tasks to those of broader scale with atypical complexity.

> Project-led the development of Statewide Facilities Strategies and associated infrastructure implementation research and planning frameworks for Surf Life Saving Queensland (2020-2030) and Queensland Rugby League (2015-2026)

> Built Brisbane Marketing's Volunteer Management Framework (policies and procedures manual, standard operating
procedures and volunteer induction and training program) with a focus on event‐specific modules for
the 2014 G20 Leaders Summit , Brisbane International Film Festival and Asia Pacific Screen Awards.
