WE HELP VENUES TO OPERATE SAFELY AND SUCCESSFULLY

Welcome to DHC

Dean Hassall Consulting (DHC) works with infrastructure asset custodians and venue-related businesses located across the Asia Pacific region.

Our consulting firm exists to ensure that venues - together with events and any other business activity occurring within them - are safe and successful.

We do this by working with venue developers, owners, managers, operators, hirers and service providers to develop strong governance, management and operational frameworks.

PERSONALISED, PRACTICAL SOLUTIONS

We're all about delivering relevant, practical, value-for-money solutions for people involved in social infrastructure development, ownership and operations.

Our aim is to help our public sector and private enterprise clients to optimise their commercial performance capacity while ensuring they fulfil any community-use obligations, which (more often than not) apply to public facilities and precincts.

Ultimately, we support clients to deliver their venue and event services - and fan experiences - to the highest attainable professional standards. An appreciation for continual improvement and law-compliant considerations is key here!

DHC excels in navigating legislative requirements and industry good-practice expectations, applicable within venue and event management. We add value to venue businesses through clear, tailored ideas that our clients can take forward and work with. This has become especially welcomed around approaches to health, safety and welfare of venue workers, visitors and other stakeholders .... one of our industry's greatest priorities.
